Should really do all at once. The registered domain itself is above your subdomain (ie. x10.network). You would be further exhausting the limit by doing that.

There is no queue. Basically, just try again later. You would need to go through hosting control panel Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from acme provider

What does it say for the suspension reason? You may have to click the green button that shows the name of your service.

The Mail Encryption setting should be set to STARTTLS, which is not the same as TLS. Alternatively, changing the mail host setting to x14.x10hosting.com may work as well.
