    @eurolimi I'm sorry for the late reply; do you have SSL turned on for this domain? If you do, then your files are served out of the directory ~/domains/[some domain]/private_html by default. SSL certificates for your site would be invalid if you use this option.

    I'm sorry, I didn't get an update today, but I haven't forgotten you all. I'll get one tomorrow. Last time I spoke with the head admin, he was working on getting an alternate HTTP server that worked better for us in the past.
