    Resolved Not secure.

    If you're using @cjptomas80 's example, you're on x11, not x12. So it should be "v=spf1 a mx ip4:198.91.81.11 ip4:198.91.80.251 include:_spf.google.com include:mailgun.org -all"

    Resolved Error 524

Please check your settings at Cloudflare. Your server is x15, so you must create an A record for 198.91.81.15 . Your last server (xo#.x10hosting.com) went offline in the last few days, so if your DNS was wrong, that would be the reason you're seeing it now.

Resolved Can my free storage be expanded to 1GB?

I will ask an admin to review this. Please take note that your storage must be about 75% full already. The files in your account must pertain to your account, they cannot be backups of your files or databases, and they must comply with the terms of service. You can get multiple increases, but...

Resolved Cann´t login into my account

I'm not sure what that error message is about. x12's DirectAdmin loads fine for me. Can you please try to clear your cache and cookies for x12.x10hosting.com and x10hosting.com and see if that helps?

Resolved Cannot log into x10 host Cpanel nor FTP

You had not logged in since December. After 30 days, your account would have been eligible for suspension in January, and then been eligible for deletion in February. Accounts that were eligible for deletion in March were deleted. But, you logged in quite close to when that happened, so possibly...

Resolved ocnetnetworks.x10.mx down, CPANEL up, Directory contents/site intact

Your DNS is incorrect. It points to your old server. For FTP, you should use user@[your domain].x10.mx to ensure that DNS changes do not affect your client. An admin will have to see what can be done since you were connecting to the now decommissioned server. Here's your DNS right now...

    Resolved Not secure.

Because of abuse by other users, the emails sent from your x10hosting free account could possibly be marked as spam. I have seen x10 get these issues resolved, but they can come and go. If you would like to use a host for your email that is usually not blocked for spam, consider using Outlook...

    Resolved FTP/Control Panel not working

I don't believe the old server (the one that your FTP client was probably using) can be restored now that it is decommissioned. I will request that an administrator review your case to see if anything can be done.

Resolved My DNS was just restored, but . . .

I don't believe that is possible. If using the old server, then the file and database modifications, additions, deletions, etc. would go to a server that has been decommissioned. An admin would have to review this and see what options are available. I've flagged this case for admin review.

    Resolved Free Host Restore

Your last login was in November of last year. At the end of December, it was eligible for suspension. In January, it was eligible for deletion. It was deleted two months later in March. The admin team was allowing a one-time only account restoration because of the transition to DirectAdmin and...

    Resolved More of an inquiry

We're here to help. If anything seems strange, all you have to do is ask. No reason to have things less than 100% unless necessary. And, someone else might have the same problem as you, and if I don't answer now, I'll have to do it later anyway. Well, assuming people search for the issue first...

    Resolved Website is down mentics.x10host.com

I'm seeing your DNS resolve to x13's address. I like to use mxtoolbox because they don't cache anything. https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a%3amentics.x10host.com&run=toolpage

Resolved File path for a cronjob

You may want to consider adding 2>&1 to the end of your command. In short, Linux can output stuff that might not get caught just by using >>/path/to/log.txt . I don't think you actually need it, but some times that one piece of information ends up being critical for diagnosis and you can miss it...

Resolved Continued SSL Issues with Cloudflare

It still looks good to me, as it did yesterday. And, you even added my suggestion for a redirect to SSL, so if anything, it looks better :D Try looking at your site through a proxy. They don't usually cache and you can see immediately if it's something on your end. Please don't log in to x10...
