Your website works fine for me. Try clearing your browser's cache and your DNS cache.

If you need to view sites only for yourself, you should consider installing XAMPP http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html on your own personal computer where it can't be seen by anyone else. As for your X10 account, we do not unsuspend accounts that host phishing scripts.

Your domain is not set up correctly. The DNS does not point to X10 hosting's servers (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com). Please go to the place that handles your domain name and set up the DNS to use the nameservers I listed previously.
