You can try reinstalling it using softalicious. If that doesn't work, I'd just download drupal and install it manually. It's not very hard and doesn't require any knowledge other than copying files and creating a database and user.

I think you need to talk to your domain registrar. It sounds like they have an issue. You can try doing a tracert to your website as well. It should end at your new host and not at X10.

It looks like your account is in limbo right now, I'm guessing it was either deleted or pending deletion, so you can't do anything on your X10 side. But, X10 would have deleted the nameserver entries for your account by now, I would think. Try googling "dns cache clear" for instructions on how...
