Your server is chopin, But the image you attach is showing that absolut File Manager is opened.. Go to http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 and see if the same problem occur.. I am also on chopin but My cpanel file manager is working fine

Go to cpanel and then click on file manager.. There you can delete it..

You don`t have index.php file in that folder.. That why it is not working
