But user deyco_deyco has No privileges to access database deyco_phpbb
Go to cpanel and then click on MYSQL databases
at the bottom of this page add user deyco_deyco to database deyco_phpbb

your username is wrong
username must be like this
cpanelusername_dbuser
In your case database user is alex122_dbuser
Where dbuser is already created and assigned all privileges in Cpanel
Your Account is suspended.. Reason is
Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with forums username and password..
Then click on "view suspension report" on sidebar and unsuspend yourself there..

Edit the config.php file and correct this
