dot.tk is best since it provide DNS support. you can have a smaller website url. no double dot like .co.cc and i think it is also a top level domain. But you can also try cz.cc or uni.cc these are also good.

Then the solution is Open a support ticket and request for deletion of your account. Also remember to post this while posting deletion request. after deletion of your account, signup for a new account. Thats the only way you get them back
