    Inactivity suspension?

You can still sign up for a new account, we just can't retrieve anything that was on the old account.

    Name Server required

Remove the limestone networks ones, you only need ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com; the others are for the datacenter x10 uses, but not x10's servers specifically. See if that fixes it.

How do you film wat u r doing on computer? does it require a webcam? :(

Apps like Camstudio, FRAPS, Camtasia to name a few. FRAPS works best for games, Camstudio I think has been dead for years, and Camtasia seems to be FRAPS but for any app.

    question

Post in Free Hosting once you have the ads present, and indicate whether you're looking to go Ad enhanced Advanced (the one with the text link code) or Corporate (the banner ad code); staff'll mark it appropriately once the ads are found on all pages :)

    Ssh access

Not available for free accounts; it'd be a massive security risk. Not sure if paid hosting has it but VPS's would, but you'd also be doing all the setup on it. Edit: WOO! Beat Mr. DOS by seconds! :)

    More than one hosting account

I'm inclined to disagree; x10 has a policy of 1 per user and I don't see a reason to change that. If the free hosting can't support multiple sites like you need it to, jump to a VPS or Paid which can handle much more and is on a more stable/better uptime server anyways.

    account relinking

Definitely gunna escalate; I can't find a cpanel user in the AIP that matches that name, so it might have been erased. That's something staff can confirm though; I hope I'm wrong and the account's still there though.

    Security problem with history button

I think what he means is something I'm having problems doing on my own projects mostly due to lazyness: if it's -truly- secured, it basically means every action anyone takes (especially mods/admins) is double-checked to make sure they're actually a mod/admin AND logged in; that'd basically just...

    Suggestion to the helpers..

Hopefully it's not me, I'm only being blunt on the ones for Zero Tolerance suspensions (and that does include the Unsupported Language ones, but so far I've tried to stick away from those until the user cops a 'tude with x10 about that being a change, cause the only change was moving it to...

    Account suspended

Jumping in: [/LIST] ^ Paids TOS http://x10hosting.com/tos-paid-hosting.php section 4. The limits are higher than what free has though by far.

    Remove account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's suspended for unsupported language; it'll get removed eventually.

punk please read this.. if you may

I've forwarded a bunch to admins recently that had huge sections of forums devoted to requesting keys/serials/installs/links to paid software. Entire. Sections. Quite well organized too, Windows, Mac, Linux, then in each Programs, Games, Other, etc. On sites like those, it should be obvious...

    Blocked account.

This is not possible; when you are suspended you lose access to your account. When the suspension is under the Zero Tolerance policy (such as unsupported language), you lose access to the account permanently, and per the TOS x10 is not required to give backups.

    Wtf??? Deleted account!?!

Actually first he'd have to challenge the nulled vB automatic detected suspension. Once that's resolved, assuming it's a false-positive, he'd be able to request it be deleted, but for now it's suspended for an undetermined amount of time, and admin's won't speed it up at all.

    Folder deletion issue

Quick note so I can add onto this; he wants to delete them from the WWW folder. DON'T! WWW is a sym-link to public_html; basically they both show the same files. Don't keep trying to find a way to erase them or they might go away from public_html. If you want them erased from both you should...

Question! Do I need to keep logging in?

It's been changed to once every 31 days, but yeah you need to log into the FORUMS (gotta stress that) every 31 days, not the AIP or cpanel. Make sure to hang around on the forums a bit; browse around, maybe see if there's server alerts or news/announcements, just to make sure the login script...

    My account is suspendet

No, he cannot. Zero Tolerance means Zero Tolerance, no backups, no data retrieval. At all. Zero Tolerance is in place because folks simply don't read the TOS during signup, and thus ZeroTol was created so x10 doesn't have to keep reminding users that they have to have it translated to...

    Suspend

Nope. It's stated in the Paid TOS which gsonline linked you to, but you obviously chose not to read it, or you would have seen it under Section 3, Content Restrictions.

    Account suspended - Unsupported language

You've already admitted that at the time of suspension you did indeed have files in an unsupported language, but I'll escalate this so staff can take care of this as they see fit. Keep in mind that because the violation was there when you were suspended, you quite likely won't get the account...

    unsuspend my account please

Just like the other dozens of accounts suspended for nulled scripts, this one falls under Zero Tolerance and will not be unsuspended for any reason. If you feel the suspension is a mistake and there are no nulled scripts on the account, we can escalate this, however based on your original post...
