Have you created a database by the name of affiltd in cPanel? You can upload your index.html file into the public_html folder or your addon domain folder. This can be done in cPanel File Manager.

Are you able to access cPanel? If so, try deleting or edited the .htaccess file in the root. Your own .htaccess should be named .htaccess.suspend. Rename it or copy the contents over to .htaccess. If you are not able to access cPanel, please post back so we can assist further.

You don't have a hosting account attached to this forum account. When was the last time you successfully logged in and what was your cPanel username? Also, we are unable to delete forum accounts, only free hosting accounts.
