What plugins are you running with WordPress? Certain plugins, especially caching plugins, usually cause problems.

You have a blank reason, which is a bug, but means a suspension for illegal files or files that aren't allowed on x10hosting. This is a zero tolerance suspension and therefore, it is not possible to unsuspend/restore your account. Basically, you were suspended because you broke the TOS.

You can maybe try to make the hover color of the navigation menu purple instead of blue. You can also try having the link colors purple (when you do add some links to your site).
