What plugin were you using? Remember that "any" email sent through php send mail counts, including comment moderation, emails sent using Comment Subscription (plugin), etc... An admin can unsuspend you here.

Do you use some forum or something? Any email that goes through php send mail counts. Therefore, this includes any confirmation or welcome messages sent to users, as well as all account notifications.

If you're using the 'File Manager' in cPanel, click on 'File Manager' under 'Files' in your cPanel and upload your files into the folder named 'public_html'. If you're using an FTP client like FileZilla, connect to FTP using details similar to this: Username: [cpanel-username]@[domainname]...

LiveZilla should be allowed because its a private chat with the admin of the site. Most of the hosting is done from the user's own computer. I've seen many users of x10 free hosting use it, myself included (though I removed it recently).

The concept is really interesting so far.Are you planning to expand it like add more features? I like it so far. The design looks slightly plain. Maybe you could try adding a logo. Also, I recommend not using functions that only work in Google Chrome (Webkit). Sites should be as cross browser...

I think the cPanel got downgraded again. I noticed the favicon changes on 11.25 and I see the old blue favicon for cPanel on Chopin again.

I'm not sure why, but this morning when I checked my site's feed, it no longer redirected to Feedburner. When I checked my .htaccess file for the redirect I added, everything was gone except for the Wordpress Friendly URLs Rewrite lines. Yesterday before the upgrade and after it was over...
