Your account was just created the same day if your request. That said you do not meet the current requirements. Furthermore the .apk files that are being stored would not be acceptable and do not qualify for the upgrade.
This may have been a false suspension based on the timing and the file that was hit from our automated scans. As a long standing member I have removed this suspension on good faith while we monitor it further.

How are you attempting to make a backup and which errors are you getting? You can always manually compress / .zip the files via the file manager and download them easily. Along with exporting the database if required via phpmyadmin
Are you stating that when you click "Control panel" from your dashboard it does not automatically log you in? I was unable to reproduce this from our backend access.
Can you attempt to use a different browser and let us know the results? We had some reports with issues on FireFox.
