I'm not sure if there's a rule against this. so you might want to check it out first, but you could start a second account and use .htaccess to 301 redirect it to your main page…. I think that may violate the TOS though. I don't remember.

Awesome. I hadn't looked hard enough (had to actually create categories because I don't use them!) so I was actually thinking it wouldn't work. Glad it did! That makes things much easier! Hope we can implemented soon! It would def be a good way to keep our users updated automatically.

That would work very nicely actually. If you just set up a wordpress blog for each server (not sure how many you guys have, but I'm assuming it's not too many) then you could publish the service updates on there and it would indeed generate a suitable RSS feed. Currently there are no RSS...

Nothing now since they took care of it for me, but I needed to edit my DNS settings a few days ago and I don't like having to wait on support to do it for me. If I need to change anything again (which I think I may as a CNAME on my domain has stopped working) I just want to be able to do it myself.

I believe this is something everyone is supposed to have. They told me to use them on my last support thread, but I didn't know where they were. Someone showed me a screenshot of theirs and they had buttons I didn't.

I don't have all the domain options I'm supposed to have. DNS settings aren't showing up. What's up with this? I was hoping that if I just waited a while my account would show them automatically, but they still aren't showing. Why not?

I was in Finder connected to my Webdisk when I decided to make an alias for my public_html folder so I could easily connect to it from Finder. I right-clicked it, hit 'make alias' and waited for a second. I was booted from the webdisk and my account has been suspended. What the heck? :nuts...
