Hello, It seems our system updated Softaculous and re-added software not allowed. I have uninstalled this from your account and lifted the suspension.

If your software / script requires you to connect to any connection outside of your local webhosting this more than likely will not work within our free environment.

This should now be resolved.

I have sent this to our dev team for review after confirming this is blank for your account. Once I hear back I will update here.

You need to select the domain https:// or http:// from the URL to the left of the install software. That should then allow you to select your domain.

You can manually delete the database via your Account Management > MySQL Management > select the database and select Delete. This should then let you reinstall with the software seeing your valid SSL. There is also a way to force the install by ignoring the SSL warning.

This error occurs generally when you are on a mobile internet connection or a VPN/Proxy as the connection sees the IP changing on each load.

You should now have SSL access.

The only way to connect would be to disable the Clouflare service when logging into your panel. Once you have accessed your service you can re-connect.

You would be better off using the free hosting account using SMTP auth vs the standardized php mail.
