I'm having a problem installing word press. I had to uninstall it once before and i'm trying to reinstall it, but it says that two scripts can't go to the same registry. i'm using fantastico btw. help would be appreciated.

yes. I guess i messed up. :) why can't i save the changes to my email account or log into my cpanel using my forum login info then? It won't let me change it from static to advanced...why? currently it says that the DNS and Apache HTTP are offline.
