Could I please get both of my sites back?

Both of my sites http://undeadoralive.net and http://forumsrule.com have been down for over an entire week now. I was told before that the boru was being upgraded, but does it really take an entire week? I'd really like it if you guys can get my sites back up.

I believe it was this morning when both http://forumsrule.com and http://undeadoralive.net went down. What's wrong?

Am I supposed to move my server to it or what? I'm completely knew to this.

Did this upgrade affect the loading speed of our websites? I'm asking because I have gotten a few complaints from a few of my forum's members mentioning that the forum has been running slow since a couple of days ago.

I keep getting that message every time I try to login to my Filezilla FTP account. Any reason why?

I understand that there was a private network maintenance going on just bit ago. After it was competed, by website began working again, and I could successfully login to the cPanel. But now, I can't access my website again... every time I type in the address, /cgi-sys/.x10hosting.com gets added...

Oh well, it doesn't matter. It only lasts until August, and I can just buy a new domain. I just need help with adding another domain that I currently own and connecting it to an FTP. I have no idea how to do any of that haha.

The owner of that web host purchased the domain for me. I just did a Whois lookup, and it showed that the domain is registered by namecheap.com. I have no account info for that website.

Yeah, but my domain is hosted with my previous web host, and since they decided to shut down, I won't be able to change the DNS.

On the 'Simple DNS Zone Editor' of the cPanel, it asks for an 'A record' and a 'CNAME record'. I have no idea what those are.

I created an add-on domain and an FTP account, but I can't seem to log into the FTP account. I'm pretty sure I'm using the correct login info as well.

The user in that topic was upgrading their MyBB version, and that occurred in the process. The reason why I'm getting the error message is because I deleted all of the cache in mybb_datacache. I don't know how to undo it. I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't do this, but I'll go ahead and ask...
