You can not use an IPS tag to transfer domain registration to x10 Hosting. From my search, the IPS tag is for transferring domain registrar. Currently, x10 does not offer this. All you can do is change the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

You have to make sure the domain is added as a domain pointer in the hosting control panel while making sure it is selected in SSL request.
