Lotus is giving me troubles from the beginning now it taking too long to respond.sometimes connection time out's/ Any help please.

My site got this problem since the hardware update on lotus but after that the error was (Link) fixed and now the same error coming up again but when I check some times later it's not coming up this happens constantly I cant understand what is the problem is.
