Since it was orange, it is more indicative of an error occuring, though without the text error I can only say the most common one is a rate limit error. In the event of rate limit error, no one can bypass that. You can only wait for the rate limit to pass/reset and then trying again.

Are you able to capture a screen recording of it? The information in that pop-up is ultimately essential in figuring out what is occurring. Is that popup largely green or orange?

What message is shown exactly after you click save? Error or not, you should be getting some sort of message, if the proper steps are done correctly on your end. If the wildcard box is checked, uncheck it.

I6 would seem like you did not complete the ACME Provider step, you need to go back into there and click save in that menu so that it actually attempts to get a new SSL certificate.

Do you get an error message when trying that certificate from ACME Provider step?

That has no bearing on the ability to send emails to you. However, upon looking your entire SSL has expired and was not renewed. Please request a new certificate manually through the hosting control panel.
