You will need to open that certificate file with a text editor and copy the content of that into that box.

Do you have anything at Account Manager > SSL Certificates in the hosting control panel?

I'm back to seeing 404 - Not Found Try unchecking the mysql boxes and recheck them

Please make sure the mysql PHP extension is enabled in Select PHP Version > Extensions

The error logs would be in System Info & Files > Site Summary / Statistics / Logs > wavy.x10.mx > Error Log

Please check your error logs or enable display_errors in Extra Features > Select PHP Version > Settings > display_errors
