Disk space will only be incrementally increased after requesting for more disk space.
Key requirements:
Must be currently using at least 75% of current diskspace
Account must be at least 7 days old
Disk usage verified for compliance with TOS
There is nothing more than can be done as it has already been explained on here and Discord, the data is fully gone (no longer there) and is unable to be recovered.
This is not a suspension issue.
There isn’t much that can be done about this. This is Xfinity Advanced Security in place. Options would be to either disable it or report it as a false positive to Xfinity and at https://spa.xfinity.com/report and reporting to it Brave.
