Hello, You may terminate your hosting service via your panel by clicking the service name and selecting terminate.

If you can provide the ISP Name for us or possibly an IP address that is attempting to connect that can not we can troubleshoot. Its possible the ISP itself is blocking and restricting access to our servers and by changing the DNS the ISP provides you are able to bypass the restrictions.

She let us know of this issue as soon as it was reported. We will update this thread once we have an update. If you need to backup your service you may do so manually via the compression tool in your file manager to zip your directory and then download a local copy.
