We can access https://x10hosting.com/sso/main just fine. But when we click "open cpanel" from that link and direct https://xo1.x10hosting.com:2083/ give the same error.

I can access FTP and my site is working properly. Just accessing the CPANEL as mention by a thread starter the problem.

I having experiencing same problem you got. Which server are you? mine on xo1.x10hosting.com when accessing Cpanel.

As far as I know, you can only login to your account from the country it was created/signup. If you are creating a new account, there is a list of countries that allowed to signup.

Im talking about my main domain eternalzero.com that is listed after sign in on x10hosting.com and before accesing the cpanel. I want to replace it with etze.ml not as custom/addon/parked domain.

I cant replace nor delete eternalzero.com. This domain is a want to be replace by etze.ml.
