Can anyone help me understand what happened here? I had my SSL Certificate working just fine for the last two years, and now I'm getting it expired, but I also have the auto review on. Has anyone else had theirs not auto renew even when it was setup?

I think that something happened during the save of a CNAME, but I'm not 100% sure. This morning I added a new CNAME, but accidently loaded the wrong value. Deleted it, and corrected it, but now none of my hostnames are working, only my primary web address. Clearly, it’s saving in the log...
