I'm slowly coming around as well. x10 offers everything a paid host does, but free... and their premium services look even better. I do plan on upgrading when I get my start up going.

I believe you can request to increase your space the more you need it, as long as your account is in good standing and follows the Terms of Service and your site actually needs it.

Thanks Anna for the reply. I am not running into any more 403 errors it looks like... and my public_html folder was changed by me to 777 to see if that would fix the problem. I'm not 99% sure it was my ISP's cache that needed to be flushed. I do appreciate you looking into the matter.
