My son is really into MineCraft, and wants to create a MineCraft server. Is hosting a MineCraft server allowed with the free hosting?

When I tried to log in to cpanel, my browser gave me a warning message: "The site's security certificate is not trusted! You attempted to reach "level..." ... You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site." I've never seen this message before...
