Hey, I was paying by credit card. I couldn't see an option for PayPal? That would probably work if I was able to do that. I moved house a few months ago, but I've been using the new address for plenty of other online credit card transactions and it's been fine.

Just tried twice to upgrade but it said there was an issue with my payment details. The details were definitely correct - I've not had any issues paying anywhere else. Are there any problems with your payment system at the moment?

Hi, I got an email saying that my account had been suspended due to inactivity but I could log in and reverse this 'immediately'. I click on the button/link to do this and the bit appeared underneath with the 3 loading dots and the message "We are now unsuspending your account." - but it didn't...
