Account not being unsuspended (inactivity)

Hi,

I got an email saying that my account had been suspended due to inactivity but I could log in and reverse this 'immediately'. I click on the button/link to do this and the bit appeared underneath with the 3 loading dots and the message "We are now unsuspending your account." - but it didn't change from that, and it still hasn't after a few days.

Any idea what I can do?
