Hello, today I logged into my account when I was halted and received a message saying "Your web hosting account was closed due to abuse. Please contact support". I have seen multiple threads about this matter, and I don't recall breaking any rules. Is there any reason I am suddenly blocked?

I too am slightly confused, do we need to request for additional space? Earlier this month my meter went up to infinite, and I was told that this was not an error and that all accounts how have no space limit. Since then it has been reduced to 512MB.

For a long time the disk space limit has been at 1GB. A few days ago, I realised my "disk space" meter had changed from 1GB to infinite. Initially I thought this was a glitch, however I sent a tweet to x10Hosting asking them if it was real. I got a reply from "EW" who stated all accounts now...

Doesn't do anything. I looked up how to get on cpanel and it redirects to x10 basic.

One quick question, how do I log in on them to see what emails I received? Do I have to code a whole new page or is it there and I just can't find it?:confused:
