Similar request for additional space

Good day again.

As with the other users, I have noticed that my current data has exceeded the 512MB limit, as the cpanel shows:

745.68 MB / 512 MB

May I please request for additional space?

I too am slightly confused, do we need to request for additional space? Earlier this month my meter went up to infinite, and I was told that this was not an error and that all accounts how have no space limit. Since then it has been reduced to 512MB.
