Sorry about that, when going onto meowwentthedinosaur.x10.mx/phpBB3/install/index.php I have tried meowwentthedinosaur.x10.mx/Public_html/phpBB3/install/index.php thus adding the /Public_html/ which is where it dose the same as when not using the /Public_html/

Hey you guys, I have put the files inside the Public_Html folder although I have added the /Public_html/ as well it is dose the same, my server is set to have the site run from .x10.mx and to answer your comment I am doing a fresh install
