I doubt it will get accepted since it's against the ToS to use a proxy. I just forgot to turn off my VPN. Oh well, I'll give it a try.

Forgot to turn off my VPN while logging into my cPanel. Account has been suspended. Lost all my files and didn't get a backup. Any change I could get it unsuspended or at least get the files back? I really didn't mean to use the proxy.
