Still can't connect. The website sometimes is up and sometimes is down. I think I will wait until the problems with Vox - Stoli are solved.

It works for ftp but I cannot login on my cpanel. Look at the attached image. Everything seems to be down and in the meantime I was able to see my website and was connected to the ftp server. The only thing that I can't do is login to my cpanel.
