Cannot login to cPanel

I am sorry that I open a second thread about this matter
but my previus thread was closed by Chris73
but my problem has not been resolved.

Russ has PM me a new password. That password works on
FTP but not on my cPanel at
http://webstigma.pcriot.com:2082/

On my x10Hosting Account Management Panel I login with my
old password. I am confused

To login to your AMP you need to use your FORUM username and password and to login to cPanel you need to use your HOSTING username and password.

What error are you getting while trying to login to cPanel?

Try to login by: http://74.86.116.188:2082/

My username is stigma in all cases.

Now it works both on http://74.86.116.188:2082/
and on http://webstigma.pcriot.com:2082/
