One of our members cannot log in because Bitdefender won't let him in. He's added it to exceptions to no avail. Chrome and Edge won't let him in. The both work on my end. Bitdefender did not respond when he tried contacting them. Is there anything that can be done on your end?

I had showinfo@grvs email MX record forwarded to my personal email and discovered the emails were never received. I've deleted that MX record hoping my other forward from my domain supplier would kick in. Nope. How do I set up this email address to forward to my personal email?

Thank you! So was ROOT and PUBLIC_HTML the same? They did not appear to be the same directory. The user will not delete for me. The confirmation stays on the screen and the user never goes away.
