It wasn't, it has just been my IP being blocked when I was using my mobile. ^^ So, this issue is still not solved. I still cannot access my account after almost an entire month. :/

Sorry for the bump but I seem to have a similar issue. When I try to access my site, it greets me with a 403 error page but only me, others can access the site just as usual.

I know about all that but I also know that x10hosting was able to make exceptions in the past. Even if they put me on 'high risk' for a week or so, I'd be fine with that as long as I can finally access my account to manage my website and prevent my account from being auto-disabled. Edit: Oh...

Hello, I've been starting a web project here together with a friend of mine who's from the UK. Said friend created the account but couldn't help me with the web project anymore. I was able to have my registration country changed to Germany, however I still can't login to my account as logins...

oops, sorry, that issue seems to be solved but now I see this when I try to login: It'd be really great if you could unlock my account for Germany. I barely have time left to re-login to prevent my account from being disabled because of inactivity.

As I already stated somewhere else, it's probably KeepAlive that's causing all those issues.

It seems like KeepAlive is causing the issue. Not entirely sure though. Did you switch that on recently @ staff?

Yes, I'm sometimes prompted with this error, too. After it showed up, all the stylesheets and javascripts and images are not available anymore. They return a 200 OK but that's it.

It seems to be an issue with the Varnish cache. Emptying the browser's cache solves this until you change any of your files again but the staff is definitely working on a permanent solution. ;)

Yes, I have just the same error, as well as other people here. I had to put my site under maintenance because the lack of style sheets made the site inaccessible. What's weird is that JS and all other resources work, only CSS fails to load now (at one point it also failed loading images).
