No, this issue is beyond SSL certificate because I have no access to control panels either. I have researched the tutorial for SSL and I'm not seeing the menu for SSL in control panels as described.
I don't have a problem accessing everywhere else, like here! The domain provider is stable with no problems.
I do know that access to backend control panels and my site is down:
Eureka… Everything now works! They did it! I'm able to access webmail through control panels and using my email client. Of course I did need to change my settings from xo2.x10hosting to x13.x10hosting.com. It feels good for everything to be normal again.
Thanks Team!
Greetings! I am inquiring the status of my domain name because the site is down. I am able to access admin web control panel and FTP successfully. However, the URL is down. I check my domain name status with Godaddy and all is good there.
The email and webmail service is also down. Uhgggg! this...
There are issues with this server that is hosting my site. This is critical time too. I have just sent out a huge promotional campaign and I expect people to look and reply.
I to am experiencing internal server errors. Please see the video-clip as my example. I'm not sure what to call this type of error, but it's disturbing.
