To the community: I cannot get my Ticker Countdown Script to work. I uploaded, installed according to the instructions and now I am at a loss. The front page works, but when you click on 'weight loss tickers', the step one page does not show the backgrounds and when you click next, the step...

It looks ok as far as colors, style, etc... however it is entirely too graphic heavy. There are still users out here in the www that are on dial up.

As I said in my above post, for months I have received no help from the staff, they 'answer' but do not resolve the issue. So I was trying my luck with the 'peer community support'... You were rude and the proper word you should of used is: obvious (no 'ly') Edit: Bump

I have the same issue (and have created a thread regarding it, trying to get 'community support' but have not gotten any), and I have also submitted a support ticket and have not heard from anyone. I have been having problems with my site since late October. I get the exact same error message...

Not too much, no. I purchased my script and they installed it for me. I realize I must change something from /tickers to /index but I do not know where to find that. I can write html and css to customize things, but I do not know where to look in my site account to change the page name.
