Unauthorized Access

I am trying to edit my site, a ticker script... which has not worked since you guys 'upgraded' the servers... I have submitted support tickets and have received no help from x10hosting.

NOW on every page within my cPanel, all I am receiving is:

Your connection to this server has been blocked in the firewall.

You need to contact your hosting provider for further information.
Your blocked IP address is **.***.***.***



(I removed my ip info)


Could I please have some help?

Well, not to sound too obviously, but the answer is in the error message you gave :

"You need to contact your hosting provider for further information."
So, my suggestion would be to open a support ticket with the official x10 support team and give them this information to have your IP unblocked.

As I said in my above post, for months I have received no help from the staff, they 'answer' but do not resolve the issue. So I was trying my luck with the 'peer community support'... You were rude and the proper word you should of used is: obvious (no 'ly')
