    Umm additional question. Is it possible that my mobile carrier blocked x10hosting? Update again guys: i tried different mobile carrier. And my website opened without vpn or wifi. Thanks for testing with me. Thanks @ctyrd. Maybe the other mobile carrier blocked x10hosting, :(

    I think i build myurlredirector.x10.mx domain about 3-5 months ago. Then i uploaded html files. And access them by adding "/name.html" They're working if i use wifi but if i use mobile data the error shows. Thats why i tried adding ssl cert, then still not working with mobile data.
