Help for This site can’t be reached while using mobile data

Hi guys, im new to creating a website. I did create my 1st website here few months ago at x12.x10hosting and develop it slowly. Question is why that my website showed

"This site can’t be reached".​

Check if there is a typo in myurlredirector.x10.mx.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Error while using mobile data but accessible when using a wifi?
If anyone can check heres my link for the simple website myurlredirector.x10.mx/test3.html

Note: itried adding ssl certificate and still the same error from before adding the cert.

*btw the codes from that test html is copy about public ip displayed only for whom viewed the website. Hoping someone can help me about my problem above thanks guys.

I think i build myurlredirector.x10.mx domain about 3-5 months ago. Then i uploaded html files. And access them by adding "/name.html"
They're working if i use wifi but if i use mobile data the error shows.
Thats why i tried adding ssl cert, then still not working with mobile data.

Update: tried using mobile data + vpn
Website opened.
Problem still not solved.
Still can't open with mobile data only.

Umm additional question. Is it possible that my mobile carrier blocked x10hosting?

Update again guys: i tried different mobile carrier. And my website opened without vpn or wifi. Thanks for testing with me. Thanks @ctyrd. Maybe the other mobile carrier blocked x10hosting,

its more likely your old carrier was not allowing data or had data issues.
