My homepage has been down since June 14th. The movement of the accounts has really taken a long time this time. It is no longer a question of whether or not to change to a different hosting service, it is now only a question of when. In the meantime, can I expect the homepage to be up again...

My homepage has been down since Monday 14th. First, it was blamed on the moving of accounts on Lotus (where the homepage is located), but according to status.x10hosting.com Lotus should be fine now; the only problems are with Fris. So when will the homepage finally be up again? Thanks.

OK, now the status says "We have finished restoring all active accounts from Lotus and Cossacks to the new server", but I still get a message saying that my account has been suspended, even though the Hosting Account Management Page says that the account is unsuspended. When will the homepage...

Today I can log in to cPanel again, but if I try to access my homepage, it says the account has been suspended. If I go to the Hosting Account Management page, it says "Status: Unsuspended". So it seems to be confused about whether or not the account is suspended?

OK, but the status page doesn't say anything about when the restore process is expected to be completed. When is this expected? Also, it says "we recommend everyone to login to cPanel\FTP and take backups of their files to be on the safe side", but I can't even login to cPanel.

I have not been able to access my homepage (running on Lotus) since Monday 14th of June. The News and Announcements says that accounts on Lotus have just been moved around Monday , but that "everything looks to be in order". Nevertheless, it seems my inability to access the homepage indicates...

My script is on the lotus server, and according to the Service announcements this should be back up and running normally after some recent changes. However, I now get an "Lost connection to MySQL server during query". I haven't had this error before, and it seems to have been on and off today...
