Thank you for your help. The issue was not with windows as I was having the same issue on Android. After trying to further isolate the problem, it appeared my internet gateway was causing the issue and a reboot has resynced everything. Again Thank You.

Thank you for your suggestion. System clock is correct and a resync has been undertaken to make sure. I have tried logging out of all accounts prior to Direct Access. Direct access still produces same error even without logging in.

I'm having the same issue with thelammas.x10.mx. Can access the site no problem, but can't access the hosting control panel or file organizer. So can someone please correct whatever was corrected for Steve. This error is both on Android and Windows.
