Unable to Access Hosting Control Panel

After logging in to X10 hosting I am unable to access my Hosting Control Panel from the dashboard. This is before accessing the domains / emails etc.

Web Address is: https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

A previous post suggested removing Cloudfare which was done, however the error shortly returned.

Thanks is advance for any help.

A Google search (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) suggests browser, and check system clock.

"Incorrect date, time, and timezone settings may cause conflicts during a TLS handshake"

Try direct access https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ not from the account panel hosting control panel button.

Thank you for your suggestion. System clock is correct and a resync has been undertaken to make sure.
I have tried logging out of all accounts prior to Direct Access.

Direct access still produces same error even without logging in.

I really believe it is a local issue. Windows OS Search “HTTP/1.1 Service Unavailable”.

I also recall that some browsers have issues with "Key Size (bits) EC-521".

I do not have auth for x15, as I am on x13, So I cannot recreate the issue. I see no issues with x15 via discord.

Thank you for your help. The issue was not with windows as I was having the same issue on Android. After trying to further isolate the problem, it appeared my internet gateway was causing the issue and a reboot has resynced everything.

So busy looking at browser http error, overlook ISP. Good to hear you resolved.
