It is still not working correct. And I can't upload my site until I can log into cpannel. It is an FTP uplaod.

That was how I reset it the first time. I will use the given password until we can find another way to reset it without me getting locked out Edit: I stand corrected. Even after you reset my password I am still getting the same message. I used the exact password you sent me the first time.

The password Reset worked but as soon as I hit the change password link and changed it, i started to have the same problem again and it had logged me out so I was unable to get back in

I used all lowercase as the username requires it. I also did reset the password after it did not work the first time and it is still not working. I am 100% positive the password was entered correctly as was the username.

Still did not work. It still says Login Attempt Failed!

I just created an account and it will not let me log into Cpannel. It says Login Attempt Failed!. I tried changing my password hoping it may reset but it did not. anyone know what I need to do or what I am doing wrong. It is a new account so I am positive the password and username are correct.
