CPannel Log in

I just created an account and it will not let me log into Cpannel. It says Login Attempt Failed!. I tried changing my password hoping it may reset but it did not. anyone know what I need to do or what I am doing wrong. It is a new account so I am positive the password and username are correct.

You should be using the username sppprep.

By any chance are you using capital letters in your username? If so, try without it. Also, You can reset your password at http://x10hosting.com/login

I used all lowercase as the username requires it. I also did reset the password after it did not work the first time and it is still not working. I am 100% positive the password was entered correctly as was the username.

The password Reset worked but as soon as I hit the change password link and changed it, i started to have the same problem again and it had logged me out so I was unable to get back in

I reset your password again to the same one I PMd you.

This time try changing the password inside your cPanel and not through the AIP.

That was how I reset it the first time. I will use the given password until we can find another way to reset it without me getting locked out

I stand corrected. Even after you reset my password I am still getting the same message. I used the exact password you sent me the first time.

It is still not working correct. And I can't upload my site until I can log into cpannel. It is an FTP uplaod.

Are you able to see your site when you can't login?

I'm still able to login fine using the info in the PM.

I am still not able to log in using the PMed Password and I am 100% positive I am doing it correctly. And when i go to "my site", www.spprepgerman.x10hosting.com i get a "if you see this messae that means this domain is active" But I can post the site I created since I can't log in. I can login to the Fourm and to my account just not Cpannel. Again i used the propper username spprep, and the PMed password and it did not work.

Are you typing your cPanel name "sppprep" in all lower case? 3 ps not 2 like your forum name?
