They had some issues with the server move I believe, check x10hosting.com/account and look at the latest news. Also file a support ticket if you haven't yet. :)

Yeah my site just came back up and it did nothing. In fact whatever they worked on when they took the server down has made things worse. I can't do ANYTHING with wordpress now. Before the server went down for upgrades/fixes I was at least able to create posts and edit posts. Now it's all 403...
