Hopefully email support can help. I backed up illuminated offsprun and downloaded it. But this new xo7 seems wrong. Access backups just keeps trying to load https://xo7.r1softlicenses.com/CP/ but will not load. So not sure how to upload and restore let alone if full backup got everything.

So not only has illuminated and prime completely disappeared, help is only community based? So no one can help other than the incorrect thread that explains how to bring it back supposedly?

Looks like aPanel was deleted again. Should I just signup again and lose all my history? Strange it made me reset (accepted 5 digits) Allowed me to login, insisted I make it longer. Then gave above error.

I guess this explains my outage. What concerns me is I can login to cPanel but not aPanel and even though I can find my posts here it insisted I confirm my email. Edit: And I receive a trophy for first post, even though it shows 33?
