I am getting an error that the FTP server is full- but I am personally far from my quota. Is there a problem with the FTP server?

I believe that I paid the extra few dollars so that I didn't have to log into the forums. Regardless, I recently logged in to make sure. My CPanel account is, I believe, the same: 'twemperor'

We had setup a domain, BraveLittleDuck.com and hosted it here. It has been missing, and I can't seem to find the cPanel login. Further, it appears that my 'account' thinks that I don't have hosting. Where did it go? Can I get it back?

I understand that the free hosting services have been moved, however I been unable to login to cPanel or access the website for over a week. Please let me know the status of the migration.
